It starts with a conversation. Every CMV journey begins with a guided walkthrough of our platform and process. We take the time to make sure you understand what's available, how it works, and whether it's the right fit for where you are in your wellness journey. There's no pressure and no rush.

A licensed clinician makes the call. CMV connects clients with licensed physicians through our telehealth platform. Whether or not a therapy is appropriate for you is a medical determination — made by that clinician based on your individual health picture. Approval is not guaranteed, and we stand behind that process because it's the right one.

Your prescription is filled by a licensed 503A pharmacy. If approved, your therapy is prepared and shipped by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are made for individually identified patients — your prescription is tailored specifically to you, not pulled off a shelf. Medications ship cold-chain with tracking, so you know exactly where your order is.
