FAQ

Common questions.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. We only fulfill orders backed by a valid prescription written by a licensed clinician for an individually identified patient. A consult is the starting point for every therapy.

How do I get a consult?

Start a consult request and share your contact information on the short request form. Our team will reach out to schedule your visit with a licensed clinician.

Where are you licensed?

Our 503A compounding partners are licensed across most of the country and ship nationwide. Which therapies are available depends on your state of residence; your provider will confirm availability during your consult.

How is my information handled?

Our request form collects contact information only, never health information. Any health details you share with your clinician during a consult are handled by their practice. If a prescription is approved, only the details needed to ship your order are transmitted securely to the partner pharmacy.

How fast is shipping?

Orders typically ship within a couple of business days of an approved prescription. Temperature-sensitive medications ship cold-chain with end-to-end tracking.

What kinds of therapies are offered?

We focus on physician-reviewed compounded therapies in a few families: peptides for tissue repair, recovery, and longevity; GLP-1 protocols for body composition; hormone-balancing formulations; and supportive injectables. Your clinician recommends therapies based on what fits your goals during the consult.

What is the difference between compounded and brand-name medications?

Brand-name medications are mass-produced to a single formulation and dose. Compounded medications are made by a 503A pharmacy for an individually identified patient, which allows for dose precision and formulation choices that brand-name versions do not offer. Both require a valid prescription from a licensed clinician.

What happens after my first shipment arrives?

You will get a tracking number when your order ships and a delivery confirmation when it arrives. Your medication includes dosing instructions specific to what your clinician prescribed. If you have questions about administration, your clinician's contact information is in your account.

Can I message my clinician after my consult?

Yes. Your clinician's contact details are part of your account after your consult, and follow-up messages are handled through the same telehealth platform that ran your initial visit. For urgent medical questions, you should always call a physician or 911 directly.
