Do I need a medical license to partner?
No. That is the entire point of the model. You bring the brand and the audience. Crystal Clear brings the network of licensed providers, the 503A pharmacy, and the fulfillment. You never prescribe, stock, or handle medication.
Who writes the prescriptions?
Independent licensed providers, through a telehealth visit your member completes during sign-up. Every membership is tied to an individually identified patient and a valid prescription. You are never in the clinical chain.
Can I put my brand on the medication itself?
No, and this is important. Pharmacy law requires the medication to carry the dispensing pharmacy labeling, so the vials and the inner prescription box are never branded. You brand the storefront, the membership experience, and, at the Partner tier, the outer shipping box. The product inside always stays compliant.
What is the difference between White Label and Partner?
White Label is the digital, plug-and-play branded storefront and member portal, with no minimums. It is built for the spa or studio around the corner. Partner adds tailored outer-box packaging and co-developed marketing for higher-volume businesses, like regional and national chains, above a monthly membership threshold we set with you.
Are there minimums or upfront costs to start?
No minimums to launch a White Label storefront. You add your logo, colors, and copy, and go live. The Partner tier packaging is reserved for businesses moving enough monthly volume to support it; we grow into that threshold with you rather than gating you at the door.
How do I make money?
You earn a share of the profit on every membership your storefront sells, every month it renews. Memberships rebill monthly, so a member who signs up once keeps earning for you. We model the numbers with you during onboarding so the margin works for your business.
Can I set my own pricing?
Yes. You set your membership pricing within the Crystal Clear structure and keep a share of the profit on top. We walk through the economics together so your price fits your market and your margin.
How do my members actually get their medication?
They sign up on your branded storefront, complete a telehealth visit, and once a provider approves the prescription, our 503A pharmacy partner compounds it and ships it cold-chain directly to the member. You never touch fulfillment, inventory, or shipping.
What products can my members access?
Compounded GLP-1s, NAD+, peptides, and other wellness protocols, all dispensed by our licensed 503A partner. The exact catalog and the states it can ship to are confirmed during onboarding.
What states are covered?
Our 503A partners are licensed in 47+ states. During onboarding we confirm coverage for your market and flag any jurisdictions that need extra paperwork.
How fast can I launch?
Most storefronts go live within a few business days of approval. Once your account is set up, you drop in your branding and start sharing your link.
What is my actual time commitment?
You bring the brand and the audience and share your storefront. Crystal Clear runs the telehealth visit, the pharmacy, fulfillment, and member support behind the scenes. There are no prescribers to hire and no logistics to build.
