- Is Crystal Clear a pharmacy?
- No. Crystal Clear coordinates prescription fulfillment between licensed providers, a partner 503A compounding pharmacy, and patients. Medications are dispensed by the licensed partner pharmacy pursuant to a valid prescription for an individually identified patient.
- What states are you licensed in?
- Our 503A partners are licensed in 47+ states. During onboarding we confirm coverage for your patient population and flag any jurisdictions that require additional paperwork.
- How long does fulfillment take?
- Orders typically ship within 72 hours of the approved Rx, not including weekends when the pharmacy is closed, with cold-chain carriers used for temperature-sensitive products.
- How does pricing work?
- Providers receive wholesale pricing with volume tiers. Patients ordering directly see retail pricing. Full schedules are shared during onboarding.
- Do you handle clinical records?
- No. We coordinate fulfillment, not clinical care. We don’t aggregate patient health data beyond what’s required to ship an order. Clinical records stay with the prescribing provider.
