What you should know
Know exactly what is in the vial. And who stands behind it.
GLP-1 weight management, peptide therapy and NAD+, prescribed by a licensed clinician and compounded by a licensed pharmacy. Here is how Crystal Clear works, and what to ask anyone who offers you something similar.
Before you buy anywhere
What the unregulated market is actually selling
Peptides and GLP-1s are widely sold online outside the prescription system: no prescription, no pharmacy, no clinician. Here is what buying that way means, in the sellers' own words.
“Research use only”
Read the label. When a seller writes research use only, not for human consumption, that is not a technicality. It is the seller telling you, in writing, that it is not for human use.
Nobody decides if it suits you
Buy this way and there is no intake, no history, and no one accountable for whether the therapy fits your health or interacts with what you already take.
No pharmacy, no pharmacist
Bought outside the prescription system, it reaches you without a licensed pharmacist dispensing it and without a state board overseeing how it was made, stored or shipped.
A certificate you cannot check
Some sellers post one. Ask whose lab ran it, which lot it covers, and whether that lot is the vial you were actually sent.
None of this is hidden. It shows up the moment you ask the right questions, so here they are.
How to tell the difference
Four questions worth asking
Ask these of us. Ask them of anyone else you are considering. A provider who cannot answer them plainly is telling you something.
Crystal Clear is not a pharmacy. We coordinate care between the prescribing clinician, the pharmacy, and you, so here is exactly who does what.
Which pharmacy compounds it?
The answer should be a licensed compounding pharmacy, in a named state, accountable to a state board. Not a brand, not a marketplace, and not silence.
Our answer
A licensed compounding pharmacy
Depending on your state, your prescription is compounded and dispensed by Precision Pharma Corp or by a second licensed compounding pharmacy. Whichever one fills it, and not Crystal Clear, is responsible for compounding, sterility assurance, beyond-use dating, labeling and quality.
Who tests the batch, and can I see it?
Testing by an independent lab only means something if you are allowed to read the result. Ask for the documentation.
Our answer
Independent lab testing
Batches go to an independent analytical laboratory, one the pharmacy does not own, for potency and sterility testing as appropriate for the preparation. The results are the lab's and the pharmacy's, not ours. Ask and we will get the documentation to you.
Is a licensed clinician actually reviewing this?
A form is not a consult. There should be a licensed clinician deciding whether this is appropriate for you, and they should be free to say no.
Our answer
A real licensed clinician
A licensed clinician reviews your intake and decides whether to prescribe. If they decline, you pay the $40 consult fee and nothing else. The rest of the hold is released, and that $40 goes to your account as credit toward a different membership.
How does it get to me?
Temperature-sensitive medication needs cold-chain handling. Ask how it ships and how long it is in transit.
Our answer
Cold-chain shipping
Orders ship with cold-chain carriers and arrive with the supplies you need included.
Compounded medications are not FDA approved. Test results apply only to the lot tested. Crystal Clear makes no independent representation about the sterility, potency, purity or quality of any compounded medication.

What Crystal Clear offers
Each one done properly
Prescribed by a licensed clinician, compounded by a licensed pharmacy, and sold as exactly what it is. Every one is a monthly membership that includes the medication, the clinician visit, cold-chain shipping and the supplies you need.
GLP-1 weight management
Semaglutide and tirzepatide, dosed and adjusted by the clinician who prescribed them.
Peptide therapy
Sermorelin, PT-141 and glutathione, for recovery, performance and wellness goals.
NAD+
Injectable, with a nasal option depending on your state, for energy and cellular health.
One membership per therapy. Availability depends on your state.
How It Works
From consult to delivery in days, not weeks.
01Consult a provider
A licensed clinician reviews your health history and wellness goals to determine whether a personalized compounded therapy may be appropriate for your needs.
02Your Rx is reviewed
Your prescriptions are filled by one of our licensed sterile compounding pharmacy partners, where medications undergo quality testing before dispensing. Which one fills yours depends on your state.
03Shipped to your door
Cold-chain carriers deliver your medication nationwide. Tracking visible end-to-end. Orders typically ship within 3 to 4 business days of the approved Rx, not counting weekends when the pharmacy is closed.
Included with your membership
It does not end when the box arrives
Most programs hand you a vial and stop there. Yours continues in Valdura, where your bloodwork is read, tracked and turned into next steps.
Understand your labs
Every biomarker explained in plain language, with your own range and your trend over time.
An advisor that remembers
Ask about your health and get an answer that knows your history and shows its reasoning, not just its confidence.
A clinician reviews what matters
Anything medication-adjacent or care-plan-changing is reviewed by a licensed clinician before it reaches you. Doses are never written by software.
Your data stays yours
Connect a wearable if you want the fuller picture, export everything whenever you like, and delete your account any time.

Valdura is educational. It helps you understand your own health data. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a licensed clinician.
